Much like your favorite glass of bubbly, this Champagne Vinegar starts with hand-picked grapes from France’s Grand cru-rated vineyards. Pressed and then slowly aged in oak barrels for optimal flavor, each batch boasts a crisp taste and golden color. We’re fans of how this vinegar brightens any dish, enlivening marinades, dressings and pan sauces with lovely zing.
