Grown on the Ekone Oyster Company farms in Willapa Bay, using the long-line method to promote the highest quality oyster, and ensure they are always free of sand and grit. They are harvested fresh, then steamed and brined in small batches. The brined oysters are then smoked using maple chips to bring out their delicious flavour.
Try smoked oysters in recipes such as chowders, soups or stews. For an easy appetizer, replace your crab or tuna dip with a smoked oyster dip or try them served simply with a tray of crackers.
