The sardines are carefully harvested off of Spain’s Galician shores. These sardines are meticulously cleaned, hand-packed, and then toasted with Spanish olive oil. The quality is in the texture and taste; a delicate mouth feel with notes of the ocean and of course the clean flavour of the sardine. Spanish canned seafood (known as conservas) is a favourite in bars and restaurants in Spain.
No preservatives, all natural and gluten-free.
Serve along side of olives, bread, and Jamon Ibérico.
