Sauces and Marinades

If the combination of sun-ripened chilis and garlic sounds good to you, then it may be time to fire up your taste buds. We took sriracha, a spicy dipping sauce from Thailand, and created a uniquely robust aioli that will add a flavorful kick to your sandwiches, burgers or chicken that is also great for dipping.

Ingredients: Canola Oil, Salted Eggs (whole eggs, salt), Sriracha (red chili, garlic, sugar, vinegar, salt, natural flavor), Garlic, White Vinegar, Roasted Red Peppers (peppers, water, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), Pure Cane Sugar, Water, Spices, Habanero Oil (pure olive oil, habanero peppers), Garlic Powder, Natural Flavor and Tocopherols

We have a lot of culinary traditions here in New England and one that we consider essential for so many dishes is tartar sauce. Traditionally, it’s a blend of mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish most often served here in Maine with golden fried clams. Our Down East Tartar Sauce is all that and better! It tastes amazing with all kinds of fish, makes a great addition to tuna salad and it also adds fresh, unique flavor to deviled eggs.
