Olives and Capers

Manzanilla olives from Andalusia Spain, light green in colour with soft skin, fermented naturally and are preserved in brine. Olives stuffed with anchovies are green manzanilla table olives of exceptional quality from which the stone is removed and the hollow is filled with anchovies. 

Capers add a bold flavor to some of your favorite recipes. They work well in fish, tapas, pasta, salads and sauces. Rinse them in cold water, drain and add them to your dish. Just a few are enough.
